If you are a Rescue Diver with 5 specialties and at least 50 dives, you can apply for the prestigious Master Scuba Diver rating. that means that you have significant experience and scuba training, which ensures you the highest recreational diving level which is often referred to as the “Black Belt” of scuba diving.
